Longmont only has a few choices for food and this place can get pretty busy. Id recommend the call ahead online. Service is usually pretty good and the food can be, but Lately I have to send my steaks back pretty much every visit because they are overcooked. I Ask for Med Rare they come out med or worst. If there is one thing to improve it would be the lack of kitchen awareness for the Temps on steaks. I think it's good food overall and usually great service, just be prepared to have to send your steak back if you don't like chewing on leather shoes.

while i really enjoyed our server and the food, the managers there are so rude and only care about table turnover. granted we were there for over an hour and a half but we were never offered boxes or our checks for us to leave just had TWO managers throw boxes at us and snatch our cards without so much as a smile. i understand how stressful it is (i used to work here) so i get it but there are much better ways to get customers to leave without leaving the guests feeling pushed out. Also the sangria marg is fire

I love the restaurant and honestly will continue to go. I went to the restaurant tonight and was met to a packed house expected by the nearly 20-30 people standing outside. I used the call ahead feature which didn’t end up working and had brought me to having to go in and actually put my name on the list no big deal. I was originally told 30 to 40 minutes for a wait saying that’s not that bad as most restaurants over estimate to make you a little happier when they call your name at 15 minutes instead of 30. We had to wait for over an hour before being seated. Once we had actual been seated we felt rushed so we ordered and waited for our food our appetizer and salad were delicious as normal. When our entrees were finally brought out they didn’t ask to have us cut into our steak per usual which would have been nice since both of our steaks were over cooked as they were supposed to be medium rare. I have worked in restaurants before and this is an honest mistake so I wasn’t to concerned. I just ate the steak as was. No reason to complain about something so simple. Although throughly the entire dining experience our waitress didn’t check on us once and the only time she came by the table was to say I’ll grab a tea ran off came back slammed it down and disappeared until it was time to pay up. I want to end by saying I understand this is a chain restaurant with many locations across the US my review means very little to the restaurant or anyone looking to go. If you like this restaurant you go if you do if you don’t you won’t that’s that. All around I love the restaurant and will continue to dine here this experience just left a sour taste in my mouth.

Place was packed, mother's day us tomorrow. That being said everything went smoothly. There was plenty of staff, our waitress checked in on us regularly. Refills on drinks were promptly done. We weren't rushed nor did have to wait long for our check. It was I would have to say the most pleasant & efficient dinner experience I've ever had. Thanks goes out to Longmont's Texas Roadhouse!

Worst dining experience in a long time. We went our for my son-in-law's birthday dinner. Arrive for dinner around 6:15- Get over cooked sub-par warm (not hot) meals served past 8pm - walk out $165 poorer and still hungry. First there was the wait, which I am not really concerned about because we expected a wait but it is relevant to the rest of the experience this time. I check our party of 4 adults and a child in at 6:15pm and 40 minutes later we get a text that a table is ready (6:50pm) and to "quickly gather our party". We go inside and they tell us to wait at a certain spot where we waited another 10 minutes after "quickly gathering our party" It's now 7PM - We place our entire order of entrees (chicken fried steak, sirloin, 8oz Dallas cut, 6oz Dallas cut, and a kids hot dog), drinks, and appetizers and get drinks and appetizers in a timely manner. However our food did not get to our table until over an hour later. Everyone at the table ordered their steak medium rare- two steaks were medium. The baked sweet potato was barely warm, the marshmallow topping was blackened, not browned. My son-in-law did not get one of his side dishes and my son did not get one of his sides dishes. They did bring these out AFTER we brought it to their attention. I sent my whole dinner back and ended up leaving without eating, because I had to be to work by 9pm and did not have time to wait for another meals. I will say the manager did come to the table and removed my meal from the ticket + a little extra. Our waitress was fantastic and did everything right as far as I could tell- she is not to blame for a slow kitchen. My son-in-law's birthday dinner was not the experience it should have been and the rest of the party left with the majority of their dinner in a take out box due to no longer enjoying dinner.

This is the first time I am having food from this restaurant. And I am completely amazed. The moment you enter you will be greeted with bread. One of the finest sweet bread and directly out from oven. That much fresh and even hot. They gave their sides first, the potato soup OMG, no words for that soup. There next side is Cesar Salad, that is also fantastic. We ordered Ribs and Fillet, Both was done to perfection.

The food came out fast, hot and amazing as usual! We did think the additional $4 shrimp add on was a little under cooked. Our service was excellen and far superior to any other establishment I've been to recently. The environment and atmosphere was very family friendly. And the entire restaurant erupted when It was announced that somebody had a birthday to celebrate. This was an excellent date night with my love! Great job Tex!!
