The Ship

The food was nice, apart from the Yorkshire pudding it was hard. Could of done with another baked potato as 2 is a bit stingy and they was not crispy. Rest of the meal was very tasty. I didn't have to much vegetable but had half the cauliflower cheese portion, I kept tucking into it, perfect size dinner for myself not to much. The desert was ok, but not much choice. The staff were very attentive. Asking if our meals were alright. The price was reasonable aswell. I would go there again, just my boyfriend and myself next time.

Lovely pub, do you like beer? Do you like pits? Then omg my friend check this place out, they have alcohol and next door there is a pit, this is the incredible part, if your poor the pit has an insect habitat, take your kids to have a look, tell them it's an insect zoo, have a pint then off to Iceland for twizzlers, great if your poor or from Sutton Bridge

Excellent place to have a drink or have a nice meal really good food all cooked fresh, they have a fab beer garden out front too, good sun trap, the owners are super friendly and would do anything for you all the other staff are very helpful and polite! Got pool table if you fancy a game We love going there and will always return

Nice pub, friendly staff and lovely food. We've been here a few time now and it's been excellent every time. The food has always been well presented and really tasty. We've had the BLT sandwiches a couple of times and they've been excellent. On our most recent visit, I had the Ship burger, which was excellent, and my wife had the toasted club sandwich, which she really enjoyed - having a fried egg in it was unusual, but she said that it really worked!
