Panda Express

This was my first time going to this panda express by the Pavilions in Long Beach because I was in the area and boy let me tell you the staff was super nice. Customer service was on point and the food was hot and fresh. Panda is a little expensive but it's my daughter's fav so I can't complain. I would recommend.

Don't online order, you'll be waiting longer than standing in line and they'll just straight lie to you. If you have to go to this location just wait in line. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:50, I show up at 7. I saw at the front they had two receipts set out, one was my order. The woman working the register told me, "this just came out and it'll be a couple minutes." Use to work in fast food, things happen, I'm okay with waiting a few minutes. I was waiting for 20 minutes while other people are getting through within 2 minutes of starting their order. That was irritating but the thing that really stuck out was the 2nd receipt that was there before I showed up. The man who's order was on the second receipt shows up after I've been there for about 17 minutes and they told him the exact same thing. "This just came out, It'll be a few minutes." Don't lie to your customers, don't make up excuses, and don't take time to fill up a water bottle while people are waiting on you.
