Chick-fil-a

Brendan was completely awesome. Why I was waiting for my food to finish getting ready and made he asked me a couple questions about the mountains and the beach which one I liked better and another question I don't remember for the life of me now. He was absolutely awesome. Thank you for having a good employee and Brendan. Thank you Brendan for the conversation.

Update October 2021- Management was removed and replaced. New managements solution was two free salads. Still think this company could do better. I suppose the owner finds it acceptable for a 6mo pregnant customer to end up in the hospital after eating this salad. I contacted customer care three times and was told I would hear from the franchises’ management. I waited over a week and was not contacted. My husband tried calling the store directly and was told the owner was not in and he would return our call. No call was returned. My husband proceeded to go into the store a month after the incident and spoke to the owner Doug and Area Director Tiffany. They had no excuse for the lack of communication but apologized and told my husband we would be receiving compensation in the mail. It’s been a month since that conversation, nothing has been mailed. I’ve emailed Tiffany twice and have not received a reply. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate. Two months is ample time to respond and act. I’ve never experienced such poor managerialism.

We were very surprised in how they were not very busy compaired to other Chick-fil-A's we have visited. A very quiet breakfast morning. Food was hot and prepared the way we like it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I can only say this restaurant is tucked away from main traffic and that may explain why they were not to busy. Love Chick-fil-A.

Filthy restrooms at 9am with a caution wet floor sign indicating someone had recently attempted to "clean". Floors in dining room are sticky with a film on them. I was the only customer at the register waiting to order and the manager and another employee walked right by me, didn't acknowledge me or attempt to take my order. I left without ordering food which I think is probably a good thing given how filthy the place is. This is disappointing as I love chick FIL a and usually have an excellent experience but I guess each franchise is different.

Thankfully I'm a patient person or the 20 minute drive thru wait would've gotten under my skin. Unfortunately though as I pull up to the windows to retrieve my order, I see my poor frosted coffee overflowing crying for help. It didn't help that 5 other workers were just standing there not helping or acknowledging our car. Needless to say, my frosted coffee is not exactly frosted. Poor customer service. It was my pleasure to leave this review.
