Burger King

Great food, nice lattes, there are a couple of downfalls about litter, but that is mainly other people leaving their own trays on the table and now throwing it away, so some tables may not be cleaned in a hurry. Did not notice any Disabled toilets either. I know there are some on the MALL, but they are up the other end. Am I blind, or are there any toilets in BK

The Indian female slim manageress with the ponytail of thinning hair & glasses is the rudest "delusions-of-grandeur" human ever, even others in the queue agreed with me when I told her she was rude, two men & a woman agreed with me & none of them was together & then she refused to serve me, because I told her she was rude for "HER" Behaviour, not mine, she's infamous for being at best moody & downright rude to plural customers. She told me I had to queue to be served by someone else because I told her that she's rude but it was due to her being gratuitously rude. She acted like she was a silver-service head-waitress/Maitre-d in a Michelin starred restaurant, let alone a fast food takeaway manager. I have more respect for Cleaners than her, absolutely outrageous that she thinks she's above her customers displaying the Caste System in Bexleyheath Burger-King. I would of complained but because it's a franchise she carries on with her vile behaviour as there's no number to phone and complain to & she knows it too.

When i arrived the queue was quite long only 2 girls serving at the counter but they were quite fast so it went down quickly within about under 10 minutes we were served and our food came quickly and it was fresh and hot. tables were cleaned and it was easy to find a clean one food was as delicious as always

I downloaded burger king app on my phone 📱 went there and asked staff. she said no click and collect but I just wanted to use an offer on my order at the spot. 3 staffs, 2 females and 1 male useless. Staff not helpful but love vegan chicken burger, vegan Nuggets and chips. I'm here only for food. Staff not good but excellent food 😋🍔💖

Very tasty food and a pleasant stay whilst here - good restaurant outlet for a quick bite and indeed specialists in the fast food burger chain business. The Argentinian and Memphis BBQ burgers were EXCELLENT! 👍🍔🍔🍔🥤 I noticed here that Burger King do not sell Milkshakes? Just one important aspect noticed, toilets were out of order at the time of visit at this branch - the Mall Bexleyheath? Also there was some out of date advertising regarding their Halloumi fries? Good access for the disabled on entry and exit, and well positioned at the main entrance of Bexleyheath shopping Mall. Plus ➕ positives - stituated in a good business trade area with shoppers,school pupils and local workers for their custom. My wife and I have been here several times before in the past and always return. Hygiene and cleasiness always important in 'ALL' of the hospitality and food industry. Keep up the good standards Burger King! Chris.👍
