It's a cashless self help service and order were ready in minutes. Really impressed.

Having been to Itsu places before I thought this one was a little tight in terms of seating and indoor dining. 🤷 The self ordering screens is literally in front of the entrance and is quite easy to use. The display of the different dishes is quite the opposite from what is served. 😶 On the screen there's this huge porcelain/ceramic bowl but what one gets is a takeaway carton box container. There's one low table and the rest are high. The table top was sticky so much so that the napkin stuck to it 😳 not good. Even when one staff member meandered over he simply collected the left containers, never wiped the surface area down, seemingly no intention to either.🤨 If the recycling bins were closer to the exit patrons would not leave the containers on the tables. Layout should be rethought definitely.🤔 But the food is delicious above all ☺️👍🥰😋
