Me and my mum, went to have dinner at elephant and castle Nando’s. the food was so delicious .the customer service was top notch. The staff and Frank the manager was so friendly, am definitely going back there next time.

Food was as good as usual, but seating area felt a tad cramped and dated. Possibly will be refreshed when surrounding building works finished. Service good .

Everyone recommended Nando’s when we mentioned we were vacationing in London and now I see why. The food was delicious and the right amount of spicy. (We all agreed we’re going to pick up a bottle of peri peri sauce at home now that it’s sold in US grocery stores). Dilan helped us out and had us laughing and provided above & beyond great service. We talked about him all week. Great place to grab a quick bite on our trip!

I love this nandos. The staff are really friendly especially Dillon who really looks after us every time we visit. The lady on the till with the blonde hair is very kind. I love coming here as there's such a lovely atmosphere and the food is always prompt and I'd course tasty. Thank you to all the staff, you truly do a fantastic job, Cindy x

Came here today (6th September) with my baby and the staff were great. Very accommodating and helpful, particularly Dylan who served us who was personable and attentive.
Food came hot, which is always good! Staff member at the door noticed I needed cutlery as I had my hands full, really pleased with the customer service.

We‘ve been there first time- tourists from germany. The food was great, served in a minute. First visit is a little bit tricky- normally you should use a app or order online- but you can do it without any problems at the desk as well. Especially Dilan was a very nice waiter- our kids love him! Nothing bad to say! If we could, we‘d come often in the future!

Food was like typical Nando's, no complaints! Been eating here frequently for a while now, and Frank's service has been absolutely superb! He is thoughtful and passionate, and his professionalism is excellent! Kudos to him, and the rest of the staff!

Went there for lunch with the mates and we were quickly seated. Boned chicken wasn't available so I ordered thighs instead. Arrived quickly and enjoyed, just like any other nandos. Was a bit quiet but I enjoyed that

I regularly dine here and every time I do it's always a great experience. The food always tastes amazing and the service from Dillon is first class. He really knows how to look after his customers and never fails to put a smile on my face!

Thank you for the pleasant experience. Probably the nicest Nando's I've been to regarding service; prompt and highly attentive staff to customers on site - even the more eccentric visitors! 😅
Food was initially cold on arrival but staff got it up to standard upon request. Thanks! It made all the difference 💜
Also, shout out to the Google translator duo on legs - they're multilingual and catered to a variety of customers which was amazing!!! Especially the tall, black, polyglot gentleman who seemed to be managing everything personally from tills, customer enquiries, delivery window and table running! 🤩
