Appalling slow service, in 10 minutes 3 orders have come out. Majorly overcrowded and not dealing with the demand. Management really need to sort this out. I will happily boycott KFC until they sort this out, happily invite management to review this mess

Like most of the other reviews the service is very slow. And shop is a mess and smells like socks. People keep coming inside asking for change while we’re trying to eat our food and u just have to give them something till they go. The food was probably the worst kfc I’ve ever had which is why I will not be going there again. My chicken was undercooked and barely any chips. And the walls have small raw meat on them!

This is possibly the worst and utterly poorly serviced fast food place I've ever been to. Self service machines broken, very slow service from the staff, and a cleaner who just slowly pushes a broom around whilst ignoring the tables that are all left filthy. The only plus is that our food was great.

delivery on time, but the quantity of chips and chicken was insufficient, boxes of chips almost empty and the chicken pieces did not match what was ordered. just bad experience. buying in KFC brixton, no more.

It took ages and ages.....chicken tastless, the chips was warm and limp and the Pepsi was warm with no ice. Disgusting. Only good thing was the doorman. Very curteous and helpful opening the door. Never again.

Absolutely ridiculous waiting 25mins for a snacking flaming wrap. I am thoroughly disappointed, I wish I could get a refund as I really didn't have time to wait. if I had diabetes or another medical condition, i would have fainted. Cant express my disappointment anymore!!

Crickey, this was slow. Looks like they had an IT issue rather than anything to do with the staff, but it took me the best part of an hour to get served. I do think they need to consider the balance of just eat orders and people in the restaurant though.
