The eating area is underground and not staffed, it felt a little claustrophobic, but the food and prices were great. Get the code or the receipt for the toilets or you'll have to go back upstairs to ask for it!!

Jade and her manager Mr. A was absolutely delightful, kind and friendly. If you’re in Covent Garden please come to ITSU in Neal Street they are wonderful people

This itsu is outstanding due to one particular person who ever since working here has helped and blessed customers.
Her name is Gosia and she is constantly looking at how she can make the queues more efficient and better serve the customers.
A month after buying my sushi, I had not seen Gosia but when I went back she remembered who I was and that I had an Itsu card and the items I ordered last time.
Well done ITSU on employing such amazing people look after the customers.
