Located in a really busy area. The best sits always occupied by long-time customers with laptops 💻 they seem to live and work here.

Lovely cafeteria, great place to meet and friendly staff. When I shop Westfield is last place I go through to grap hot drink.

Very good service and much better than Costa, which I normally use, but wanted to try out Caffè nero for a change, which I find their coffees much nicer plus get the 10th drink free with their rewards scheme. Will definitely use this coffee chain again

I love Cafe Nero coffee!! Also, I love their salad fruit because always is fresh.
The atmosphere of Cafe Nero Shepherd Bush is amazing to have a bright and relaxed time. They are friendly, smiling, and helpful staff... ❤️

One word Shocking !!...was served by the rudest barista by far in my life...she sounds french and i genuinely couldn't understand her...so politely asked her if she could repeat...my god she did!!... absolutely shouted at me angrily in front of many customers...imagine losing your head over something so minor but it happened...I was determined not to let someone like that spoil my experience so I did not sink to her level...whatever she does in life I genuinely wish her luck as she will need it...so I will give her the charity of 5 stars...help her out people cause she needs it professionally.
