Taco Bell

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 items. All black bean and all no tomato. Got our food and they gave us a chicken power bowl, supposed to be black bean, with tomatoes, and another bowl that was supposed to be a black bean crunchwrap Supreme no tomato, and a chalupa with beef and tomatoes, supposed to be black bean and no tomato. Pulled over and went inside to fix it. Told them the correct order 3 times, they were very apologetic about it, and left with a new order 10 minutes later. The almost exact same order. I still have a chicken power bowl, they just hid the chicken underneath the lettuce and tomato. We did get a crunchwrap, but with tomato. And the chalupa had beef and tomato. Again. TB sucked today.

My 4 year old wanted "chips and sauce" so I stopped at this taco bell. The person who took our order was super professional. Explained Baja blast wasn't working (it's what my kid wanted and he can have a SMALL drink). So we got another drink. But really the only reason I stopped was a special treat for him. Then, I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES trapped in the drive thru and even had to park my car so my son could pee by the dumpster. Ridiculous! TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I ordered a couple bean burritos and they were slapped together so they were leaking sauce everywhere. I know people always say "I'm never coming here again!" but seriously, I'm not. Their food sucks, and after working 10 hours I don't want to spend TWENTY FIVE MINUTES in a drive through. Oh, I tried to contact taco bell and their website isn't working. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work there.

It would be nice to actually get what you ordered, ordered beef burrito, got chicken, ordered cheese quesadilla , got chicken, ordered potatoes no cheese on one got cheese on both and no receipt to see what I paid for, tried calling to let them know, no answer? Grand kids won’t eat any of it, won’t go back, should have thrown money out the window

I hate how I go through drive through and you got people standing in the cold taking orders and I’m not mentioning any names they told me they hate the fact that they have to stand outside in the cold or sometimes in the sun burning and nobody or managers consider if the person is ok or anything. Taco Bell if your going to have people outside like this give them a raise it ain’t nice that you have them out there like that. you guys are not in and out your a fast food restaurant. I wouldn’t be surprise if they quit or go to another job.
