Food was good, nice folks at the counter. Wish the dining room had been a little cleaner and not so worn. Best sweet tea I've had outside of my mom's.

Bombass chicken and some bombass fish. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is the fact that they were out of hush puppies when i ordered. But other than that it was dank!

Always nice, friendly, and clean place. The food is always great and enjoyed being able to go in sit and eat a good meal. Highly recommend this place.

I love the fish at captain D's and use to like the chicken too but they have changed the chicken and I don't like it as much as before. Still good food though.

Take a book because drive through is SLOW. It took 30 minutes to get from the order speaker up to the window. I asked for a glass of water for my mother who was very parched in the heat. The lady hands me a glass of ice and shuts the window quickly. It took about 5 minutes and blowing the horn twice to get her back to the window. The food finally came. We were in drive-thru 40 to 45 minutes. The price is reasonable for portion size.
