Staff is kind and personable. My waitess was introducing herself within moments of being seated. Drink order taken. Trying to decide what to eat becomes easier when I asked about different dishes. With her knowing how they were prepared was a plus. My food order and the time the 1st course arrived wasn't very long at all!
The food tastes great, the workers are friendly and they smile a lot. Their kindness and considerateratin made the meal even better!! Come in!! The food is great !!! It would be impossible to cause these people running this IHOP are the best!!!❤️🩷❤️🩷😇

I really like the food but sometimes they take for ever to get your food

we arrived and it was clear that it was during the afternoon rush, So many people wanting food, and one server managing to keep it all under control.
Olivia was friendly, and though was the only server, she managed to stay well on top of everything at our table.
She deserves solid recognition for
1. showing calm under pressure. (lots of people and she didn’t look frazzled.)
2. ensuring our drinks were filled.
3. being helpful for any questions about the Menu.
4. checking that our food was to our satisfaction.
only downside is something Is outside of her control. and that was she was one person serving everyone. a gentleman who came in after we did left due to being short staffed.

I love the new menu and the waitress was awesome and very friendly. Only downside was the $3 upcharge for 1 waffle instead of pancakes

The food was great the service was amazing. Had a family of 6 and was surprised how quick the food came.

We were welcomed with a friendly entrance, Then directed to our seats. Waited a few minutes for the waitress to come see what we wanted to drink. She was nice, and tried to build rapport with us to make us feel more comfortable. Within a few minutes we ordered our food. I would say maybe 10 minutes after that we got our food. Everything was great! Our restaurant experience wasn't any less than pleasant. Thank you IHOP

We always seem to get the best waitresses/servers when we come here. Sometimes the food is slow, but usually pretty tasty, and the servers do an excellent job of refilling the coffee while we wait. They are always friendly which makes the wait tolerable. We come here for special breakfasts.

One of the goated ihops. Great savory meals and also the best cinnabon pancakes. Lady at the front was also very nice

Was great! Took my daughter here and the waitress was the kindest. The food was really good too. Wasn't busy at all which was weird, but I guess the times are different.
