Really Tim’s? How disgusting and disappointing. Have some pride in work. It’s a croissant sandwich apparently the top is optional.

I used to work here and always provided proper customer service. I come here everyday and when I provide my order they either dont have it or completely mess it up. is it really that hard to put bacon on a sandwich? especially when I pay an extra, what, 80 cents for it? total rip off. also, I use my rewards card every time I make a purchase. haven't gotten a single reward because they dont tell you you have one. the only reason I go there anymore is because it's the closest location in my commute. I'm sick of the way the employees handle customers and orders and it needs to change. literally all of these reviews are 3 stars or below. change your workers service. nobody is happy with it.

If I could give no stars, I would. How hard is it to make a order correct? You advertise a farmers wrap... Hardly have hash browns and never peppers or onions. If I wanted a sausage and egg wrap, I would order that. What kind of scam are you running?! You can't even make a item off your menu. I've gotten sausage instead of bacon twice in my sandwich this month. Bunch of lazy, incompetent workers. Perhaps you should listen to the customers and get better management.

We have been stopping here on almost a daily basis for sometime. We moved out this way and were happy to see our favorite coffee was just in our route.
But the last few weeks have been terrible. One of the drive though attendants were rude twice when we asked for a sleeve for our coffee, that turned out to be cold. I asked for a name of a chocolate coffee I wanted to try, and they got angry because I didn't know the name of it.
One time I asked for a sleeve at the drive through microphone before the window and still has to ask, at the window. Three times now, our sandwiches were cold, the sausage and cheese. In fact the sausage was still frozen!
I ordered 5 coffees and when I got to the window, she started handing them to me. I asked for a carrier, as being the only one in the car, and only had 2 cup holders, she got angry and handed me the carrier with 2 cups in my hands, I couldn't put the cups in place.
She didn't understand my dillema!
Needless to say, we found another coffee place...and not a Tim Hortons.
It's funny how one location can ruin it for all the others.

Literally the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to. If you're lucky they will actually acknowledge you at the drive-thru. I just spent 5 minutes waiting at the speaker without anyone responding and then an additional 3 minutes at the window and nobody even came to take an order. I finally just gave up and left.

The worst Tim hortons! The supervisor here has no customer service skills and that rubs off on the other staff. I watched 2 customers leave because we were not being acknowledged. It’s like we weren’t even there. Only after the second guy started walking away and no they really loud did Heather ask me what I wanted. She doesn’t ever smile or acknowledge when u say thank you or have a great day. I stop here after work every day and it’s the same thing but today watching the 2 sets of customers leave without coffee and upset topped it for me. The next Tim Hortons on my way home is in Wright’s Corners and although it’s longer I am going to wait till I get there for my coffee. :(
