Tim Hortons

I wouldn't be as annoyed if it wasn't a common thing for them to be very inconsistent with drinks and to make so many errors. First off I ordered a hot peppermint mocha latte. Their featured item. They make a cold iced one and I have them correct it to only receive a half cup of it as if its normal. Secondly I get an ice cap with 1 shot of expresso. This is something my other half orders often and he can always tell when we're charged for expresso and don't receive it. This establishment needs to have better quality checks. I have ordered many lattes iced and hot and have had them in every color of brown to white you can think of. If I wanted a cup of milk I would've stayed home.

Coffee mix is hit or miss. The iced coffee with flavors are hit or miss. Rarely do I get the sweetness right or the same ever. Having poorly trained staff or just plain not caring is my guess. The donuts are meh... small and not as good as when they first opened. The breakfast sandwiches are much better than before. The sausage tastes like chewing on a bland latex glove.

Constantly getting ripped off on Tim bits! 4 times now I ordered 40 and got 28 also usually only get one piece of bacon on our breakfast sandwiches and Tim bits have been tasting old and 4 or 5 of them will be smashed! Horrible absolutely horrible! We’ve been customers a very long time and now we’ll we’re going to try something else maybe Mc Donald’s idk

12 cars in the line up, two people inside- my son(toddler) and I. All cars were dealt with before we even got a hello Staff looks overworked and underpaid thus taking their anger and frustration out on us. Asked for a pretzel bun- Girl didn't even look. Says we all out. I turn and point a few inches away from us both to show her- YOU HAVE A WHOLE RACK. She sighs, grabs the food- slams our order about. Listen- I don't know you- but I'm not the source of your bad day. Nor did I complain or give *any looks*. So plz even though your not in the best mood- treat the consumer better. Just do better. I LOVE TIM HORTONS. I don't wanna have my meal ruined because your understaffed and Becky over here is not having a good day! I am a regular- this was my nearest location- but next time I'll drive the extra few miles. This encounter took AT LEAST 25 MINS. 😒😒
