Tim Hortons

This store consistently messes up the ordered weather it’s ordered in the drive through, counter or a delivery! The inept attitude from EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE in the that store is atrocious. I ordered a double toasted extra butter everything bagel I got a bagel barely toasted and next to no butter on my bagel. Both of my coffees have coffee grounds in them!! Way to go TH crew of the year right here. After returning my order to the store! The MANAGER simply told me that there was NOTHING SHE could do! No refund, no replacement of food or drink, only “have to take It up with the APP! It’s so pathetic, the most simple task of preparing a bagel and coffee and they can’t seem to execute it without issue!! The whole lot of them are just pathetic Lockport trash!

I have come to this Tim Horton's very often for coffee over the past year. The quality of service has deteriorated regularly. My most recent visit put it in perspective. Entering the drive-thru line, already cars were moving excruciatingly slowly. By the time I reached the window, cars were backed up onto the street. The window was open (when it wasn't supposed to be), so I was able to observe the back stations for some time while I waited. There was exactly one person who was even vaguely acting like they were aware they had a line onto the street- while working food (bagels, etc). The other five or so employees floating around the kitchen seemed completely unaffected by the rush. One of them was taking a long time to make a Refresher, even getting leisurely help from their manager. It was only after the cap was on and they were taking a drink that I realized it wasn't even one of the orders they were lagging behind on horribly; they were making it for themselves and ignoring the flashing screen of drinks waiting to be made. It seemed as though almost every employee was observing the food station getting more and more backed up without attempting in any way to help. None of them seemed aware of how badly their times were (from placing order to receiving food was more than fifteen minutes). The lack of caring I have received from these employees, some of which I have specifically complained about in the past, and seeing them still employed with the same issues says too much. I'll unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere, no matter how convenient it is to be just a block away.

Ive been to this location many times. Not very fast but makes the products just as well as any other location. Normally in these times I would not deduct a star but the reasoning is I've had it to where an employee was leaning on the drive-thru window talking for over 3 minutes to a friend before they left. They already had their product.

The absolute worst Tim Hortons in Lockport on a consistent basis. Whether 2 cars in line or packed full, you will wait in line for up to 10 minutes. You will wait at the speaker, in line and at the window. Half the time they will then hand you your order without saying a word other than the price. I can get a better cup of coffe, faster, driving to Tops and walking inside. This location is avoided entirely.
