Not like this Panera Bread is any different than any other Panera Bread in my opinion so it's not really about this particular location. My score has to do with the fact that the chain is decided to eliminate the only vegan soup they had there. Drove almost 30 minutes specifically for that soup for my son who wanted it. Instead he is eating a piece of bread and drinking a fountain drink. I guess I have to scratch Panera off my visit list as is no longer vegan friendly

Your Employee Sara on 4/27 at 1255pm was amazing. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. She was patient, friendly, clear, and very helpful. Panera hands down hires the best employees and their food is usually on point!! And fresh! Thank you

My abSolute favorite to go! On top once they ran out of flatbread so they had to cancel my order, but they went out of the way and delivered me a drink as a courtesy, and I was seriously touched! It’s not even takeout, they delivered it to show they care! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

A cozy, clean spot to eat, meet, or study/work. Can't give it 5 stars as it's overpriced based on similar offerings in the area. Nicely laid out interior, fireplace, and some seasonal outdoor seating.

Love Panera but this one is a scam. Only fill up a $10 bowl of Mac & cheese half way, and my supposedly 16oz latte was only 3/4 full with no whip/toppings. For the prices they charge you should at least be getting the amount of food you paid for, check orders before you leave.

Tried the Chef's Flat Bread. Awesome. If someone want's to try vegetarian menu and feels you don't have an option, try spicy thai and substitute chicken with quinoa. Amazing. Ten vegetable soup is one of the best but it if you're a thick soup person then that's not for you.

The other day me and my mother decided on panera, and I’m from the tonawandas but the service on south transit is truly out of this world thanks to chuckie! Chuckie cashed me out and as I ate my delicious meal I was able to watch chuck go ham and give that man a raise he works and has the best service incredible we need more people like him
