Subway

Lately staff has been rude. Need to get yalls old employees back. 10/11/21 When a customer walls in u should acknowledge them not stare at them from a table in lobby u and another employee have been standing around at since I pulled up. Open sign is not on and it's 7pm. When I let u know u look at me with disgust. Then ur out of what we wanted. Now 10/14/21 it's 830pm and your closed. It says ur open till 10pm... this happens all the time. If your not going to be open till what u have posted then kindly change ur hours.

3 29 21 8:30pm no bread.. 3 30 21 11 am didn't have bread I wanted, no soup, no cookies. what's going on? but young who helped me was pleasant. again 5 -30-213rd time in a week I tried n they have messed up my order even with me standing here. Out of everything Soup, the breD I wanted, half the veggies. I'm done with this place. get some people in here that can follow instructions and have supply or shut down.

I love subway, that's undeniable, BUT the employees are letting me down man. First, they'll ask you approximately 16 times what you want (That's not so bad, I know you're busy but you're on drugs >obviously<). Secondly, you will never get the correct shredded cheese, ever. Seriously, I made it my goal man! My goal! To see if I could get them to give me the correct cheese. Initially I said the white shredded cheese (she corrects me and says "the mozzarella" like I already don't know 😂. Yknow if you didn't make it wrong last time I wouldn't have said that lol). Then next time I come I say "shredded mozzarella" and once again the wrong cheese. Thirdly, I've noticed how the place isn't like 100% when it comes to being clean, which is fine, but you know what's not? Not cleaning off the knife you used on someone else's sandwich that had mayo. I don't like mayo *sigh*
