Mafon

A little disappointed to find out Mafon is now fully vegan. Nothing against it but considering I ordered scrambled 'eggs' on toast and in fact it was tofu, I wasn't pleased. Nice friendly staff, good coffee and cake but maybe shouldnt be advertising eggs when in fact it's tofu especially considering the price.

We have been to this cafe so many times before lockdown and I can honestly say this is one of the best cafes in North Wales . Their vegan and vegetarian food is amazing and the staff are always willing to help and the customer service is second to none. The owner was even willing to get food in that they didn’t have ( custard ) to go with their amazing cakes. So if your ever in Llanberis go and search out this cafe ( you can’t miss it , it’s the busy one ) . It’s not just a cafe, it’s an experience you won’t want to miss . O it’s also dog friendly too . X

Exceptional food, fantastic coffee, and kind staff. Everything you could want from a vegan restaurant with non-vegan options too!! I had the roast beef special and it was great while my wife had the homemade soup and loaf. It’s tucked away on a cute street in town and the perfect place to recharge after hiking! Also, dogs are allowed inside.

Beautiful comfortable cozy space. Wonderful tasty quality food at a decent price. Wide variety of homemade cakes. GF and vegan well catered for. Friendly, enthusiastic competent staff make the whole experience reliably enjoyable. Oh and then there's the coffee....Totally on point every time!! Can't reccomend highly enough.

Slightly more expensive than other cafes in the area but well worth the extra due to the quality of the food and the very friendly and helpful staff. I've eaten here 3 times now. The vegan options are brilliant and very well thought out. Vegan cake too. Donated a guitar which is now sitting there for anyone to pick up and play. :-)
