There's no real "service" just food prep and table cleaners but the food and atmosphere are both phenomenal. Place is always clean and food is always fresh!

Had Panera gift card to use so I stopped at the Panera on Rt.31 for dinner. I had a half a Caesar salad with a French baguette on the side with a pepperoni Flatbread pizza. Food was delicious and the price reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice place to catch a bite.

Always a great experience. Excellent vibe and it is nothing like other fast food restaurants when dining inside. Prices are inflated but the quality is good so I can tolerate the prices.

Typical panera...you know what youre going to get. Food is presentable and always accurate, though sometimes their meat serving size is questionable.

Hit up Panera Bread today in Syracuse.
I love visiting PB and really enjoy their food (today I had the pepperoni and mozzarella mini sub. It was felicitous). But my main issue is that after you order, it’s a huge bottle neck. Everyone stuck in a tiny corridor trying to wait for their food to hit the counter. Can’t even get past them to use washrooms or to hit the drink area to fill up.

Love this place, not just because of the good food, but because of the employees. They are fantastic! I'm a Sip Club member, and one of my favorite employees, Sarah, has memorized my phone number and even knows my order. It's like living in a small town again!

Always clean, and staff are friendly. Drive-thru is super fast. Inside has plenty of seating, comfortable and always clean.

Very clean, organized and Super Friendly Employees.... Wide variety of food's to chose from the menu. Best Macaroni White Cheddar Cheese in a bowl I have Ever Had!!! You can also order this with broccoli...

This place is always amazing and we have coming here for years and will always be here for lunch or dinner.
Staff is highly trained, Panera reward for app works like a charm and every now and then we get a dollar off or something.
Dine in And out with beautiful ambiance must try them :)
