Love this bar .. been after visiting the comedy club a few times & liked it .. so this time we just called in to the pub as its a great atmosphere ,friendly people , staff very pleasant & they have live music too .

Wonderful bar this a little gem but slightly off the main drag . There are plenty of tvs for live sport and great little stage for live acts. It has 3 great rooms to sit in serves food and the staff are great it all has a professional feel to it. Try it out if in town.

Hidden off the Strand but really big bar. Band on some nights and Saturday has comedy club in the back. Not a massive range of beers but decent place.

Brilliant sports bar to watch the football, decent amount of TV's. Plenty of seating available, great selection of draught beers. 2 decent pool tables with plenty of room to play. Service is quick, staff are cheerful and friendly. All round great bar that offers it all.

Went to a comedy night here,The Liverpool Comedy Club. Good venue,good value, good comedians . Excellent location on the waterfront opposite the 3 Graces. Definitely a place to try if you are in the city looking for something different on a Saturday night (Friday and Saturday from September ) before you hit the clubs and bars.

Nice sports pub with good tap selection. There was live music on the weekend I was there, so not the best place to have a drink and chat. The comedy club entrance is right at the bar.

Good place, prices were acceptable, plenty of TVs for sport, there was a band playing as well, but Tavern big enough to find room for quieter drink if that is what you are after.
