Steak 'n Shake

The food is good and always hot..customer is always outstanding and welcoming. My disappointment comes into play when I order the milkshakes...Steak N Shake has been voted Best Milkshake for years...but they give you the visual illusion that the milkshake is filled to the very top of the cup along with the whip cream and cherry. When I ordered my shake no whip cream no cherry you can actually to see how much milkshake is in truly in the cup. The manager told me it's pre-measured to stop there (See Inserted Photo) with whip and very little topping was 6/6/22 without whip is 6/8/22. Come on Steak N Shake your shakes are now $5.00 well ($4.99) a cup at least give us what we paid for especially when we don't add whip and cherry...Even Wendy's frosty touches the inside of their lid. Other than that keep up the good work. I am a proud customer doing business at the Stonecrest Location.

Reasonable prices and they have romaine lettuce even on the small hamburger. The fries were lukewarm, they should have been hot for as long as we waited. If you have a baby that needs a highchair; I wouldn’t recommend you put them in the highchair at Steak ‘n Shake, because the highchairs are filthy. The bathrooms (my husband said the men’s too) where dirty.

I think this may have been the WORST Steak n Shake that I have ever been to. The food was cold when we got it, the restaurant was an absolute mess and the manager was not very pleasant. If traveling through Georgia, I recommend driving a little further down the road to find the next Steak n Shake because this one is sure to disappoint!
