Ruby Tuesday

It's a fine establishment. The first thing I noticed walking in was the sticky floor. Your feet stuck to the tiled areas and it was very audible with each step. Staff seem to do their best with what they have to work with. I was surprised by the menu having so many options, that was a nice surprise. Ordered the Rib-eye, medium-rare, but honestly it was so thin it probably couldn't be cooked any longer than a minute and lacked flavor. Definitely not worth the price. I got that with the shrimp combo and the shrimp was delicious. Mash was good and broccoli cooked thorough. The Absolut Cosmo didn't seem to have enough cranberry so it fell on the strong side. Even though it wasn't an amazing experience in some ways, appetizers and entrees came out fairly quickly, drinks came quick, out waitress was attentive and came to our table often to check on us.

I work for Deliverthat & other delivery gigs. The management/ Lady in charge this morning, was awesome! 👏❤ She was Very nice & had everything ready to go for me, early, when I arrived for my catering order. Most places that don't open until after pick up time, will not start the order until the doors open.

While my food was good I was taken back by the price increase for the soup and salad option as well as the increased salad bar price. Be patient when you go because they are dealing with staffing issues. It was 6:30-7:00 when I went but still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and a wait for the salad bar to be refreshed and plates to be brought out.

I would first like to start off by saying, if I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately google makes you leave at least one. I ate here a couple days ago. Wanted to have a nice lunch with my friend. We wait 20 mins without seeing our server and getting asked about drinks. We’re in a pandemic places are understaffed it’s fine, I get it. I’m a reasonable women. Then we finally start to order our food. They have nothing available basically that’s on the menu. Me and my friend went through 3-4 options before they actually had something off the menu they could make. But i’m still staying calm, we are having shortages, I just want to enjoy lunch with my friend. So I just end up getting chicken tenders and my friend gets steak. The food was horrible her steak was dry and she had mushy side vegetables. Our server had a horrible attitude and we never got refills on our drinks once. Then when I got my chicken tenders (I ordered ranch with them) But he gave me honey mustard. I didn’t make a big deal I just said "Sorry to bother you but i ordered ranch with this could I have that instead". He gives me a dumbfounded look and told me that’s not what I ordered. I looked confused and said yes I wanted that sauce. And he rolled his eyes and then walked away to get me ranch. The salad bar also lacked selections. The server just had a horrible attitude the whole time and it was an overall awful experience. Needless to say I will never be eating at this particular establishment again. Disappointed & dissatisfied.
