Subway

My son an I went to this subway this evening and there was nothing but a bunch of teenage immature boys working. There was a online order infront of me. We didnt get no greeting, the guy making our sandwhichs(which I think was a lead or manager) couldnt even hear me say what I was ordering because they was laughing an cutting up etc. They didnt have any teriyaki chicken, and we ordered a meal the chips was moved none of shelfs so didnt get chips... asked for cookies and they was never put in the bag... the guy who rang us up your couldnt even understand him. He sounded doped up mumbling... and they had all the chairs up so no one could sit inside an eat. Otherwise we would of noticed no chips nor cookies. very very disappointed we used to eat here all the time but we will not be going back if these kids are working if even then at all.🤬😡🤬

The team was pleasant. although, all appeared to lack basic food handling knowledge. When I objected to having the same gloves that had dipped multiple times into the pickle pot touch my sandwich because of a dill allergy, I was met with a bemused stare. Rather than change gloves or ask for an explanation the server moved aside as the person running the register finished my sandwich...using the gloves he already had on. Really? They seem to have no idea what having a food allergy means or the damage that can be caused by cross contamination. Unappealingly unhygienic.

Second time in two weeks that we've had poor food. Thought maybe there was a problem the first time that's why we went back now we know there's a definite problem. Chicken on sub was dry and chewy and the flavor was poor, the other sub this time was just roast beef on Italian bread with mayonnaise and it had a very strange taste to it. We won't be back. This manager needs to get a handle on their workers
