Went to Walkabout Lincoln for some lunch today in between some Christmas shopping and it was so good! The staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. It was quite busy with it being a Christmas market weekend but the food came out so quickly, piping hot and there was nothing to fault. Brilliant pub and environment and will definitely visit again. Special shout out to the two waitresses who served us; Charlotte and Tamsin. Both very friendly and brilliant service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Walkabout Pub and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The cozy and inviting atmosphere immediately put me at ease, making for a perfect evening. One thing that truly stood out to me was the extensive drink menu. Walkabout Pub offers an impressive selection of craft beers, spirits, and cocktails. Whether you're a beer aficionado or someone who enjoys a classic cocktail, there is a drink to suit every taste. The knowledgeable and attentive staff were more than happy to recommend and explain the different options available, ensuring that I found the perfect beverage for my evening. Alongside the fantastic drinks, the food at Walkabout Pub exceeded my expectations. The menu boasts a range of delectable pub classics as well as some unique dishes that explore global flavors.

Friendly staff. Delicious food, well presented. Very generous portions and value for money, I could barely finish! Good sports bar to have a pint, some grub and watch a match. Only small problem I had was the toilets were upstairs and quite a long walk away but not a massive issue. Really enjoyed my time here

Student grot bar. This is not up to the usual standard of the Walkabout chain. I've been to ones in London & Leeds and although they are all party drinking pubs, the food was reasonable. Do not expect this in Lincoln. It was thrown on a plate, did not look very appetising and was not good quality. The place is smelly, sticky floored and very dingy. One to avoid, even if you are a grotty student, as you can get better for cheaper elsewhere. If this style of food and atmosphere is what you want, try Revolution (around the corner), Slug & Lettuce (up the road) or even Dogma (2 doors further up).
