Bob Evans

For some reason they no longer put your vegetables in a separate bowl so my sandwich soaked up all my bean juice and ruined my bread. Also, the Mac and cheese was cold and when they brought a replacement it was also cold. My husband mixed him up and said it helped so I'm guessing it was nucked it. However, the honey butter chicken was good.

First time here to this particular location haven't been to Bob Evans in a few years our waitress that we had was very intentive helpful knowledgeable and on top of everything overall great experience at this particular location our food was hot fresh delicious tasting everything as the way we asked for it.

Told 10-15 minute wait. Was seated in 34 minutes. Very understaffed. Seems like they’re more worried about carry out orders more than the customers waiting to be seated and waiting on food. Food was served quicker than expected. Eggs were ordered over medium and came very over easy. Was never offered refill on coffee. $2.69 for one cup. Very disappointing.

Only second time I've had carryout from this location. 1st time was amazing. This time absolutely horrible! All our food was cold because when they do take out orders they just set them on the counter don't keep them in a warmer or under heat lamp, nope just set on a cold counter. Gravy was definently left overs from the week it wasn't even white sauce gravey it was dark brown! If your gonna do door dash an carryout you need a warmer to keep orders warm while they are waiting for pickup. Whoever had door dash I really feel sorry for their car was full of different restaurants food in bags while the driver stated he had been waiting inside Bob Evans for another order for almost 30 minutes! Yuck never do door dash! As far as Bob Evans they need to keep take out orders warm in a better way!

Such an amazing meal! Full of flavor! Super fast service! Our server was great! Kept checking on us! Giving us top notch service! My only complaint is if you check out these menu pictures you can see they have left over crud and gunk from previous uses and felt really nasty. Other then that everything was clean and amazing!! I will definitely be coming in for another one soon!!
