The environment was friendly but it seems like a ghost zone. If you are looking for a place to relax, quiet and some good food this is the place. The lasagna was dry and hard that is my only complaint. My family got pizza, bread sticks, ultimate pasta sampler, oven baked sampler, red velvet cheese cake and the frozen strawberry lemonade and all of it was great. The temp is perfect not to hot nor cold. Has a decent Playlist. Seems overall clean, table and booths are not sticky. Bathroom could use a little cleaning. Overall a great environment

I am highly upset! I used a mobile coupon to save money. Then the cashier WITHOUT MY PERMISSION gave herself a $5.00 tip!!! She didn't ask if it was ok,there was never an option to add a tip on my screen. I looked at my total before I put my card in then while looking at my bank account after I got home realized the totals didn't match. I found my receipt only to find she gave herself a $5 tip. Money was stolen from me! Something needs to be done about this immediately! And I'm not talking just mailing me a free food voucher. I have no interest in coming to that restaurant again!

Update 8/29/19: Their food is wonderful no doubt. But management needs improvement. They expressed their desperate need for staff. I offered to set up an interview. I am currently an ASM and thought why not... I was called a couple days later and told to come in. I called the same day we agreed on a day to let them know my app was complete. But when I got there for my interview, not only did they "lose" my app, but I sat there for an hour never being interviewed at all. I walked up front at 6pm, handed him his laptop, and said I can see your busy... He offered to let me come back the next day. Um no offense but we both work in a fast pace environment. He knows that he completely wasted my time. No communication. No I'm really sorry. Nothing. Then I get an email telling me my application has been pulled from qualifying applicants. Well good. I don't want to work with management that wastes people time. Like I said. The food is great!!
