Wish I could do a negative star,but that don't exist. I took a break from them just to see if I could regain a taste from them tried them 2 months later & the same results rice always taste burnt along with chicken. Ordered teriyaki chicken rec'd it with no sauce.I asked employee what make teriyaki chicken teriyaki..he was silenced then said some peoples don't like the sauce.Who wants to eat dry chopped up chicken thighs & burnt tasting rice.Never again learned my lesson with this location.

Just sat in this line for 15 mins just to get up to the menu and be ask if I have cash because they're not accepting card at the moment... Why wouldn't you guys put out a sign or something??? If I would've been pre-warned, I could've went and got cash or just simply went somewhere else. This was a BIG inconvenience! Do better.

what can I say but never have what I really want and rude. Never get the fortune cookie very small portions and have gone up on the price. Do not recommend.

I just had a taste for Orange chicken. It looked good but it was all bread. They were also out of several items

I was very disappointed in the resturant. I ordered Honey Sesame Chicken Breast, in the drive thru, comes with string beans and yellow bell peppers. After I have paid received my order with no string beans, the window person tells me they have no string beans today. Which I don’t believe because once I got home and was eating it there was one down in the bottom. No compensation and didn’t tell me that they didn’t have any perhaps I would have made another selection.

Overall the food is good. But they are times of disappointment when there are no duck sauce, teriyaki sauce, spring rolls or an entree you really wanted and you only get we are out for the night with a hour or so to go before closing.

Great customer service. The food was missing flavor. It was okay. I haven't had it in a while, but the grilled teriyaki chicken did not taste the same.

The quality of their rice has changed and I wasn't pleased. Items that I grew to love aren't on menu anymore.
