We ordered at the drive-through then when we got to the window had to order again because she had put it through wrong. Then the frappes were the worst i have had just tasted like a cup of ice. Why is it some costas make it really well and …
Came here this afternoon around 2.45pm. Virtually every table needed clearing of cups/ trays etc. Staff continued to serve / take orders without having the sense to pause for 5 mins and clear the tables. Added to this place allowing dogs and their selfish owmers ( two were constantly barking at each other) it’s one to avoid.
Sofia and the team served us at the drive thru on Friday and we're super friendly they really made our day!
Staff a pleasant, food always tastes good, service is efficient and I find the atmosphere to be nice and calm
