We loved it all. Particular high points were the super friendly service, the Celeriac pithvier, the prawn ceviche, the ox tongue crumpets. Would suggest the sea bass comes filleted as makes it easier to share. We had a great time. Thank you for raising the culinary bar on eating out in Lewes. We will be back!
