Wendy's

Tonight's episode of Wendy's wasn't so hot and fresh. We made a mobile order, I got there at 10:05, went inside and they said I had to go through the drive through because the counter was closed. So that took forever. I get to the window and my void had been waiting on the counter? THEY JUST TOLD ME TO DRIVE THOUGH? Regardless, the young man who works there was kind and empathetic. All for a couple 4 4 4's, smh.

Wednesday 2/2 @ 8:30pm. I have low expectations for fast food, but this was worth a review because it was so weird. Back of house / food prep team was working efficiently, but the 5 teenaged front end staff (order taker, cashier, window staff and expediters) were all chaotic, unprofessional, and completely unmanaged. I repeated my order 6 times to 3 people and they still screwed it up...no receipt, and added an extra $5 item. I parked, got the receipt, verified the overcharge, and asked for the $5 charge back. No big deal, but do it fast, please. The night manager said I’d ordered the extra item, which was weird to get blamed for their mistake. Then she said I’d get a refund only after I returned the food. No ownership, no apologies, no quick fix. This was not worth spending 5 more minutes of my time, let alone a trip back to my car for a burger that they’d toss in the trash. This location is poorly managed. Don’t go here.
