Mcdonald's

It was a very eventful evening first a little boy. Almost fell off his chair, so my husband caught him. and then about a half hour later a little old lady fell getting out of her booth so he once again helped pick her up. It was such a crazy night, the waitress was super nice but the service was really slow we waited quite a while to get served and get our meals. I would go again 👍🏼😃👍🏼

Since the pandemic I really feel the McDonald's (all locations) has really just gone down hill. If I order large, I receive medium sized drinks or fries. Fries containers are always 1/2 full. It never matters how long I wait in the line somehow I always have to pull into a waiting spot and wait even longer. Really just not worth it to go to McDonald's anymore.

Waited patiently for Uber eats order to be done due to “technical difficulties” aka mental difficulties. Once its done tall flamboyant glasses curly grease hair kid (you know the description fits you perfectly) purposely drops my orders bag with drinks from a foot above the counter instead of putting it down. Told him “f***ing relax buddy” cause there was a family behind me so i took it easy. Anyway miserable clown

So i went there last night and honestly can i speak to someone of age please? I had to deal with a bunch of immature kids that were “managers” and these kids treated people in front of everyone with disrespect. I believe that management should be someone thats older and with experience so i dont have to deal with kids when they made a mistake on my stuff

So i went to McDonald’s in the morning one day and i had to go to work the term fast food should have a standard because i was almost late for work and still didn't get any breakfast starving till my longer break to go out and get something so i order a regular sausage egg mcgriddle you know the bread with the syrup in it well thats all i ordered i was pulled up to #1 if that means anything and waited waited waited so i ended up walking inside asking what was going on and i got eyes rolled at me and smirk looks looks they were doing it on purpose dont go because there are only kids running the place and its hard to find someone that cares for you so when i asked for the gm and i got the assistant store manager and she was definitely unprofessional she just looked at me like give me a problem and she will kill me i ended up not able to get my money back or my food just save your time for dunkin donuts
