I am trying to understand why a drive-thru Starbucks doesn't have a dedicated person and machine specifically for the drive-thru, considering how busy the drive-thrus always are no matter where in the world it is. I waited in line for over 30 mins before I was able to place and pick up my order. Once at the window, the woman who took my order was also taking payment and making the drinks. She was hustling! I now suggest they have a dedicated person to make the drinks and another person take orders/payments. I gave the woman a tip that was only for her because she was kicking butt multitasking! Thank you for having a smile on your face and staying calm/cool, and professional when a lot was going on! The service industry is a challenging place to work. I realize that people many not want to work anywhere these days, but its nice to see there are some people who do and can maintain composure while doing it :)

Update: I must say there has been a 100 percent turn around. The store is always open the manager is now always working behind counter. Not sure how or why but well done. All of my concerns/complaints are totally gone well done end of update This is the worst manage Starbucks I ever been too. The inside is never open and I see the manage sitting on their A** in a booth staring at a laptop. If they are so short on staff that they can’t open then why isn’t the manage working behind counter. In addition another SB 10 miles away is just as busy and somehow mange’s to be fully open with four people. I think this store needs a change in management update: I love the non responds I got. Totally worthless. Why not try and address the issue instead of a non responds.
