Doener Bistro

This restaurant is amazing. My brother basically told me let's go here for lunch while visiting my mom and my sister. I've been to Dusseldorf Germany and totally love the food there... the people that work here are extremely friendly. The bartender and our waitress made us feel welcome. I'm really sad that the owner is closing down just to take a break. I hope that he opens up another restaurant in the near future because this food is really good.

A unique bar and outdoor "fest" seating area decked out like German fest tent. A great selection of German brews, probably the best I've seen in one place, with a few American crafts thrown in. There's a food truck sitting out front that cooks up a selection of fest- like food. I much enjoyed their pork schnitzel and bratwurst. Seemed to be very popular in an otherwise empty strip center. I had a dark German lager (2 not a stark bier) that was an easy drink. German biers are never filling, just a great drink.

A slice of Germany, conveniently located in Northern Virginia, and with all the amenities to boot. The place feels like a German pub/Biergarten, with an indoor bar and table service and some outdoor seating. It specializes in German food, particularly döner kebab, which I recommend hands down. It has a wide selection of German and American beers on tap, which is both expected and really nice. Service and atmosphere are amazing, and the bilingual staff is friendly and attentive. I noticed a stage and equipment for live music as well. Overall, great kebab, great beer, danke schön!

I have come to this place several times before. Doner Bistro have great selection of food and beer. This place serves authentic beer some of which are imported from Germany. The food here is pretty amazing too. I highly recommend here. The serve staff are wonderful. They usually have football (soccer, for my American friends) games on as well.

Always a must visit when in the area. I miss their DC location, so I make it a point of going whenever I’m close by. The Döner is very authentic and who doesn’t love German beers. The owners are always there working and the rest of the staff are also very friendly. Parking is plenty, it’s dog and family friendly. Has a large indoor and outdoor space. Definitely recommend

Döner Bistro in Leesburg is excellent! I never tried German food so it was kinda new experience for me! You can eat food inside the restaurant or the outside. However, eating outside is much better. The food quality was good, customer service was great, and the atmosphere was excellent. It also has a big parking space so don't worry. Highly recommended.
