Nice KFC, plenty of parking and drive thru if u prefer. Fairly quick service off standard menu. A good number of self order machine as well as counter. Very clean when I visited.

The food was quite good and it had lots of flavour and the service was nice with kind staff, and the car park was a decent size, also the drive thru was good

Used the drive through, only 1 person in front of us however took about 20 mins to order and recieve food. Food however was good and hot

Don't know whats happened over the last few months. I used to leave this as a last resort for food but been 2x in last 2 weeks and the foods been really good so much so i actually wanted to go back.
The Indian dude servings with the turban top bloke great service and went above and beyond.

Car park is big has a drive thru food was as expected only got a small meal, staff friendly service was quick 👌

Ordered via the app but the confirmation did not go through to the branch but payment came out. Travelled to the branch to pick up our food only to be told it hadn't worked so had to drive back home. I called the branch and spoke with an employee who was extremely helpful and said to come back and show him the full order on the app. He then went above and beyond his role and really bent over backwards to help by giving us a few pieces of extra chicken and upgrading our meals, which was totally unexpected but of course really appreciated. The staff were amazing and if I could I would have given this review 6 stars rather than 5. Many thanks to the staff at KFC Coal Road 💙
