Amazing food, and very helpful staff, a brazilian lady helped at the till and prompt went to prepare my food. Could see that she was busy, specially because she was by herself but kept doing everything with a smile. Just worries me with all the disposable used for eat in. Not fair with the environment.

OMG! I've had a takeaway tonight, and I can't help but moan at myself for not visiting beforehand. Every mouthful was an explosion of the most divine flavours. I try to only have a takeaway once each month, and I may have to reconsider this so I can go back sooner! You can eat in, order via apps or go old school and call in and order and collect, which was a bonus as the staff are lovely #goodfoodinleamingtonspa #leamingtonspa

My husband and I visited for the 1st time today on a day trip....one word....WOW !!!! As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed...dishy young man greeted us with a smile and took our order....I was already salivating at this point....behave...not at the young man...I was with my husband....but the smell of the food....our order was brought to our table and we were blown away...presentation....superb... Smell...divine...taste....AMAZING !!!!! You have just got to try the bao buns !!!! We also had a nourish bowl that was truly packed with texture and flavour....you can choose your own level of heat and spice when you order...the menu offers something for everybody if you are looking for a healthy, nourishing food option...with desserts also on offer....young lady asked if everything was ok....we said it was amazing....the place is spotless !!!! Why have I never been here before ????? We live in Mansfield so this place isn't on our doorstep but we are already making plans to visit again...like...this week !!!! I must praise the staff in this establishment...so nice to see them preparing your food with care and attention....well done to all involved... And to everyone else....get yourself there ASAP !!!!! Before I eat them out of house and home...

I had the pleasure of my first nourish bowl today at Grounded Kitchen and it was absolutely delicious. It was prepared fresh and the service was brilliant, super friendly and the menu options (with dietary restrictions) were explained well. I'd say this would be my top choice for a healthy, quick, easy, delicious, great value for money Gluten-free take out lunch in Leamington Spa. It seems a nice atmosphere to dine in as well, very clean, organised and well kept but there aren't many places at all that you can grab something this good so quickly. It's all easily customizable too, which is fantastic as I can get extra extra yum yum sauce whilst also avoiding the dreaded devil's herb aka coriander. The nourish bowl was the dish that keeps on giving, so many flavours, colours and textures and I was genuinely surprised at just how much they fit into the take out tub. I found it really filling but not heavy, everything was so fresh and fragrant and there are lots of options to play with. I went for the dairy free option of the Bulgogi with chicken which was tender and succulent and the sauces that came with it were so so tasty, one was quite a mild chilli sauce but it was still very flavoursome and thoroughly enjoyable the other was incredible, hard to describe but very creamy and went perfectly to join the other flavours in the dish. Everything went really well together and the rice was cooked beautifully. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the Korean Tempeh next time, there are also plenty of Vegetarian and Vegan options as well as a selection of healthy drinks and desserts to choose from. The Korean Tempeh is phenomenal, I can't stop thinking about it and their yum yum sauce. The mushrooms are cooked to perfection. Thank goodness it's healthy or I'd be in real trouble the amount I've had, more so now I've used Deliveroo. The drinks are delicious too, detox is my favorite and packed full of goodness. The meal deals are good value especially if you're going in a group. Eating in is lovely too. Everyone there is always so delightful and the atmosphere is fantastic. The manager is very attentive and obviously cares a lot, every time I've been in they are checking in with customers and seeing how they are doing as well as their food, it's a such refreshing way to interact and much appreciated from me (and me mam).
