Mcdonald's

Tonight I ordered McDonald’s online. I parked in curbside because that was how I was picking up the food. When I entered my parking number, it was going to take about 5 minutes to bring my food out. I knew it might take them a little longer than 5 minutes because I ordered a fish sandwich and 13 cookies with a few other things. However I don’t expect to be waiting there for 20 minutes. By that time I called them. They explained to me that my order disappeared. Then they realized that they gave my order to a DoorDash person. So they apologized and told me that they would get my food out to me in 5 minutes or less. Well, the food finally came out 10 minutes after I got off the phone with them. They didn’t even get my order correct because my fish sandwich had no tarter sauce and no extra cheese. I asked for extra cheese and expected the tarter sauce to be there because it comes on the sandwich. This is the most disappointed I’ve ever been at a McDonald’s restaurant. Next time I will take the time to go to the McDonald’s on 82nd street because I have been very satisfied every time I went there.

Have to go drive thru first machine broke where you take your orders. Been like that over a month. They could get a temporary fix for it. They don't turn on outside lights to make it look like they are closed. You have or order at first window and at times with attitude than have to wait 2 cars as they fix the food for ones in front take 20 min at a fast food thats so wrong. If you can't fix it shut it down until u can
