service is usually average here, but Terrible service this evening. Got to the drive through speaker and waited and said hello to be told to wait, then I heard,"you know what your having" told him a crispy fish sandwich plain, he read back crisp fish sandwich, I asked did he get the plain and he 'oh plain, got it". Got to window he took my card with extremely greasy gloves and then he ripped the bag as he was giving me the fish sandwich and then took it back to put it in a new bag. Got the sandwich and looked at it while I was waiting for the card to be charged, realized it got smashed somehow, he then asked me if I had another card because it wasn't working and I said I don't want the sandwich because of what was done to it. He said that's ok and gave me back my now Greasy card(that's why it wouldn't work). I took it and left. I don't recommend coming to this one until they get better workers.

This location really need to be checked by the health inspector.. Employees touching hair and then making food. Not a clean location. They used to be really good. I'm not sure what happened but they have let this location go. Need to be shut down and rebuilt with better employees that understand proper food handling. I really think the owner needs to be there so they can see first hand and not just read reviews and say sorry. If you are truly sorry, then fix it and make it better.

This location has progressively gotten worse with more and more bad experiences occuring than good. This checkers is conveniently less than 10 minutes away from my house so I eat here often. My last 3 visits in a row, at different times during the day, I have sat in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. The icing on the cake is that there is no way to get out of the drive thru once you are in it. I feel like I have heard all of the excuses at this point and feel like the current service has just become it's standard operating procedure. This place is the opposite of fastfood with employees admitting to refrying food that has gotten too cold from the wait. It's a shame a fastfood restaurant with some of the best fry's and mozzarella sticks can never serve anyone food in a timely manner.

I can’t post this with out star…. But I wish I can put no star . The manager in this store is very disrespectful but at the moment I disrespect him he get offended. They don’t need do to much to not chose this fast food. Bad customer service. Bad. Actitud. Persons like this do not deserve to be call manager. Do I recommend ???? noooooo. I’ll never ever come back at checkers fast food restaurant any more. After this bad experience I went to a chik-fil -A There you’re never go wrong.
