Handled an issue with the app where I opened the app in this location, made my order, paid for it, and then the app said my food was ready across town at a different location. They let me have the food from this location as they understood the inconvenience, I was on lunch break and expected to return to work shortly. Thanks again for handling this issue, I was very relieved. The food was good too.

The croissant breakfast sandwiches are the biggest joke ever!! They looked leftover and was barely anything on the small croissant. The hash browns we ordered were tater tots that we couldn't eat due to either spoiled potatoes or horrible grease!! Never make this mistake again!

The young lady taking orders the night of Sunday, December 5 I'd going to get you in trouble. She must have been on the end of her shift because I had to pull forward to the front as I was going through the drive-thru to wait on the rest of my order and she comes out with food before I did and then my food was delivered in two different bags by the cook. Management really needs to work on delivering the best customer service employees should not be walking out with food before your customers receive theirs. Whoever the cook was she's an angel so sweet.

Horrible, horrible service. Just wanted a cheeseburger and a basic chicken sandwich. BASIC chicken sandwich! Get it home, unwrap it and they couldn't even put it on the correct bun. They slapped a long party onto a whopper bun, a tiny squirt of mayo and a pinch of lettuce. Blows my mind how something so simple gets messed up so badly. I'm supposed to beleive this type of service deserves 15$/hr. 🙄

Poor customer service. While I was trying to order the younger lady with short black hair kept asking me if I’m done with my order. I pulled to the window the lady didn’t say hi or anything. I handed her my card and was asked to pull around to the front to wait for my food.

Waited 15-20 minutes for an 8pc nugget….. is .they even made me pull around the building after waiting 10 minutes in line💀

we were in line for over 20 minutes with two cars in front of us. when we got to the window it was another 5 minutes before we got our order of 2 whoppers chicken nuggets and 3 orders of fries. one whopper ha nothing on it. we didn't go back because we were headed home 2 hours away and we were just outside of town when we opened the bag. And we didn't want to wait in line gor another 25 minutes

They need to understand what is fast food means. I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, with just one car in front of me. Super slow. If you are in a rush, don't come.
