They serve food here but refused to open the restroom to make available to customers my wife and I were going to get drinks and snacks but we couldn't use the restroom or wash our hands so we left and went across the street to a new Royal Farm so if 7-Eleven is wondering why they're losing business to the new Royal Farm across the street my experience is a reason why

What an extremely bizarre experience my daughter and I had with the Ethiopian lady with goldish brown hair who works the register. My daughter's package was delivered at that location from Amazon as Amazon was unable to put the package in the locker outside of 7-Eleven. She accepted the package. My daughter received a message that the package was being held inside of 7-Eleven at the front desk. My daughter called the store earlier, had the call on speaker and asked whether her package had arrived. Although we knew it had arrived, I could clearly hear the store clerk say "No!" and hung up the phone. Disconcerted by the attitude that was not warranted, I was also in shocked that one who serves in a customer service position would think that it was okay to be rude to someone inquiring about a package, but to also abruptly hang up the phone. People, this is not acceptable. After work, I drove my daughter to the store location. Yes, the package was there sitting on a counter off to the side and was the only package being held. My daughter gave the store clerk her name which not only matched the package, but also her Driver's License. The clerk asked her what was in the package, which I thought should not have been of concern or asked. My daughter told her, which she did not have to. My daughter gave the clerk her Driver's License which she also studied. How creepy. What was creepier was when the clerk pulled out her personal cell phone and proceeded to take a picture of my daughter's Driver's License. That is like stealing personal information before your face. My daughter declined and I would have, too, so the clerk used that as leverage to justify keeping her package. Is this insane or is this insane??? You cannot make this up. This woman was out of her mind for whatever reason. I am intuitive as I perceived her as having some sort of anger directed towards other women as another female customer had an issue with her in line right before my daughter and the lady did absolutely nothing to provoke her. It just seems to me that the clerk's mental health is not stable. We ended up having to call the police to get my daughter's package. Can you believe that? When the police arrived, she told them that my daughter did not show her ID. I could see in their eyes that they knew she was full of it because otherwise we would not have called them. This was a simple situation with an easy fix, but when people have deeply embedded unresolved issues, they can cause a simple situation to explode or be blown out of proportion. Unless this clerk gets herself together, customers will certainly go where they will have a pleasurable experience. I spoke with the manager. He was nice, but this has left such an awful feeling of toxicity, and so, I just desire to go elsewhere for fuel, Amazon pick-ups, etc.

I go to this location due to them having the machines that freshly bre your coffee. They have a line for cold brew but ever time I go its always dirty and not working. Clearly sombody responsible that cares about their customer review and satisfaction would have their stores machine clean so were able to make our coffe fresh. Their always saying the machine is broke but when you press the button it say to clean it. How hard is it really to clean that machine it does it on its own. They need to fix it and im definalty going to coorporate on this matter.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The item that I planned to purchase rang up more than listed. The cashier walked to the item listing, verified the discrepancy in the price and yet still refused to change the price. Beware of the items that you are purchasing. They are priced low on the tag, but a different amount of the cash register. I will be escalating this issue.

I work 3rd shift and can only get great fresh coffee when Tony works. The old white guy and the young India guy don't have a clue as to how to operate a store. I asked for my free chips that they had posted with the advertisement and they wouldn't even let me get them. I simply hate to even go to this store on Monday and Tuesday night's. The owner needs to show up around 930pm when they work to see how all the coffee canisters are all empty when those two work.
