Buffalo Wild Wings

We gave them another try since the last time bad service experience, today I ordered a pineapple Mojito, and it was tasteless , my husband ordered some chicken wings, they look good but when we started eating, it was cold and tasted like they cooked them long time ago So it was my last time at this location Server was nice but still not going back NOT RECOMMENDED!

Have not been to this location in a year. Bad experiences have kept me away. Gave it another try because my kids begged to go for wings. I’m truly glad I gave in. Everything from the greeting at the front, the servers energy, the quality and quickness of the meals were all well above what I’m used to. I will be back.

So...I visited the Laurel, MD location and as a Maryland native who moved out of state and came back to the state...I am very disappointed. I NEVER leave reviews..but this is noteworthy. So my cousin and I stood up front..near the host stand for approx.15 minutes without any attention. I yelled at one server...nicely of course and received no reply. I finally flagged the same server down and finally got a booth. We sat across a table of four who informed us that they were waiting for one hour. After waiting over 20 minutes, I got up and demanded to speak to a manager. Hence, we received no attention. After politically going off we received service while the table of four received none. After 2 failed alcoholic drinks and no water..we got our food. No napkins, no forks, and of course no good customer service. Luckily the manager helped us and we were able to get what we needed. However, my cousin had to use the restroom, which was not up to par. She informed me that there was blood on the toilet and she had me check her to ensure none of it got on her cute attire. Meanwhile, going back and forth with our "waitress" she just didn't care. My cousin told me that we should've left but I objected due to my craving of garlic parmasean wings. Nevertheless, long story short...I don't like this location. If it needs to be shut down...then so be it. BUT instead you have a staff that barely works and doesn't care about their customers. We received a 12 dollar discount but it wasn't worth the hassle.

Came here ounce when it first opened and again today. This place reminds me of why I do not came here. I order two drinks along with food. The drinks were water down and tasted like a strawberry lemonade. When asked the waiter for a extra shot to fixed the drink she stated she was going to charge me. Asked to speak to the manager and his comment was that am not suppose to taste “alcohol in mix drinks” he had no costumer service and no care for our needs or concerns as well as the waiter. I would had cancelled my order and left if it wasn’t because of my kids. Stay away from this place if you’re looking for some type of decent costumer service. Costumer service starts from the top down. If the manager don’t care about the business or costumers, the employees won’t neither . Such a disappointment

By far this is definitely the best Buffalo wild wings but I’ve been to the manager there on duty Yolanda great customer service even though the food was a little late even though the server didn’t bring our carrots and ranch and celery I still give it five stars because the manager was able to fix things bring us fresh food and find a solution anyways the food quality at this place I probably went to maybe Buffalo wild wings four times in the past two months not too many times

Slow service. The staff doesn't want to wait on customers. The manager seem to be more interested in hanging out as well. Went there to watch the NBA playoffs and it wasn't even on around the bar. I asked them if they could and I'm still waiting. Don't go to the Laurel restaurant go to College Park if you have to.

The service here is really bad and unacceptable. It took the server forever to take our order when we first got there. she took our order first before taking the order of other guests that were seated before us. And when our wings arrived it was cold and I had to send it back. I started ordering the four dollars Casamigos shots, instead of our server letting us know that last call for hard liquor was at 10:30 PM when I had asked to put in another order for the shot she came back telling me they were out of Casamigos. I then proceeded to go ask the bartender herself if they were out of Casamigos and that’s when she told me that last call for hard liquor was at 10:30. not only did our server lie about them being out of Casamigos but she also lied when I asked for lemon in my water and said they were out of lemon. I literally had to go up to the bartender and ask her for lemon myself. and then when the check finally came she tells us that they weren’t taking card at the moment just cash. I gave her my phone number because I was a member and also she said we could pay online. I get the text message on my phone to pay online and I realize that the server added her tip to the order not 15% but 20%. first of her service was trash, the food was bad and the she kept lying about things. why would you add your own tip to the check. what if I wanted to pay her the tip in cash. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Never coming here EVER AGAIN and the manager should really do something about the customer service. because this was terrible. I would leave NO STARS if I had the option. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. The college park location is way better.
