Outback Steakhouse

This is one of my favorite stake places. However, this time around maybe because of Mother’s Day we didn’t have such a pleasant experience. We waited 45 minutes for our food once we order. My wife’s stake was supposed to be well done because she doesn’t like seeing any red or pink in her stake. It came out rare. My mother order a potato soup and it came out extremely cold. My meal came with macaroni and cheese and I never got it. I was offered the macaroni as we were living for which I said, ok. And I got billed for it $2.00. We wanted to celebrate Mother’s Day with a good meal but it didn’t turn out. My wife and mother were not happy. To top things off most of the male waiters were wearing their pants half way down their underwear’s could be seen three inches down. None of us were happy with that as we had our meals.

Several issues with the order. Chicken was swimming in oil. Broccoli had seen better days. The plate was hotter than the potato. Dirty silverware. Managing partner, Tony, and GiGi, we’re fantastic. They made it a positive experience and took immediate action to try and provide a solution. I’ll be back.

Great food. My Victoria's steak was delicious. I ate all I meant food was really food this happened few weeks ago. One of my favorite place to dine out Updating my review from 5 star to one Sorry! On 6/01/2022 I walked in with my daughter for dinner. Appetizer good. Bread good. But when they brought my Victoria's steak the mix vegetables it made loss my appetite. they were smelling, rotten vegetables. They acted as though they were cooking other ones but they were same ones back on different plate. They brought back another for third time but definitely I was getting sick on top of the brought the third ones tasting rotten olive oil. I swear God I almost blew my personal fuse. Disgusting service.

Very disappointed, got disrespected by server and manager. Will never go there again. Steak was horrible, chicken wings were good. Very bad drink mix. Server forgot our soup and decided to disrespect us by saying how $6.99 was not such a huge deal (to a person making 6 figure +). Very bad attitude (also looking and smelling high) and acted busy in a very slow restaurant. Avoid server Carlos if you can unless you want to be humiliated. He did this to me in front of my wife and all customers listening around in front of manager as well. Horrible experience. I hope ownership will review camera and avoid employees like this. It was never our standard to go there anyways. (If it wasn’t for the respect of my wife, something serious could’ve happened to the stupid server)

It was a lovely spot of the moment kind of afternoon when I went to Outback. The server was very friendly and the food came out early, nice and hot. After dining in, I decided to hit the bar for a last drink before I headed out. Babyyyy that Aussie Rum Punch is beautiful and dangerous!! Note: The drinks at the bar are a little stronger than when it's brought to the table.

The food is always good, but the service stood out the most on our last trip. Our server "Q" deserves more than 5 stars, it took good dining to just that much nicer. Its was mildly busy, he made us feel welcome, gave us great service, made sure our order was just right and very prompt. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority of servers like "Q" and the manager. It made dining enjoyable.
