First time at establishment… I had a coupon that brought me in. I was able to render with no issues. However, I had to use the restroom and the restroom has a sign stating for staff only. the sign says “please proceed to the available restroom for guests”. I asked about an available restroom and the cashier rudely told me there is no restroom. I asked about other establishments and she said she doesn't know. I don’t understand how this is an establishment where you can sit and eat, but you cannot use the restroom. I feel like every store run “due to COVID” down to the ground. First and last time at this establishment. Probably won't even eat the sandwich because the lady who took my payment also helped make my sandwich and did not wash her hands. (they were fully staffed and did not need her to help). Y'all worried about bathrooms but what about cross-contamination? That's a big health issue as well!

I know Firehouse subs is the last place that really needs a review, but I feel compelled to say how great this location really is. I ate here just about every day!. The staff are great; they are extremely personable and remember you and your order. The place is always clean and the ingredients are always fresh. I've had some pleasant experiences at Firehouse subs, but this one is always top notch. Good customer service and great new professional management.They are knows, how should taking care customers! Please visit!

It was my first time visiting a firehouse sub restaurant. After 10 minutes or so they were ready to take my order. I ordered 2 cheese steak subs. Told the lady 3 times that I wanted certain condiments on them. Drove home which was about 20 minutes out to realize they put just meat on my subs. Highly disappointed. I will return but will definitely check my subs before I leave.

Subs r good. However I called to return my order bc I didn’t request for my sandwich to be toasted. I was at work when I noticed so I called prior to me arriving 2/3x but received no answer. I drove back to firehouse only to see they weren’t busy at all. No customer was inside the store. I gave the manager my receipt and asked her if they could remake my sub but please don’t heat it. I asked y didn’t she as the manager (cat) didn’t answer the phones (she had no explanation) I called while I was there the volume was very low & their was still no one answering phones. The cashier who sadly turned out to be the “manager” Shanda was very rude! I’m not sure what example she is setting for her staff by yelling at a customer. I was rushed into ordering after clearly struggling. I had never been to a Firehouse Subs location before so help would have been nice. Instead of giving helpful suggestions the “manager” quickly rambled off ways to order my sandwich. Even though I was the only customer in the establishment I felt rushed to order and forgot to order a drink. I went back to the register and shared with the “manager” I forgot to order a drink and she lost it. Yelling I asked did you want a combo. I’m not sure why she was so defensive when I clearly stated it was a mistake on my part. She went on to tell me how loudly she talks, patronized me by asking “was I having a good day”, threatened to withhold my drink, and told me I could not eat in the establishment. On top of all of this foolishness, she threatened to call my employer (I was in uniform) as well. I replied I would report her as well and she proudly yelled out she was the manager! I have never seen a manager proudly lack customer service skills and self awareness. I will not be returning back to this location, I truly feel sorry for the staff who has to work under her “direction.” I can only imagine the disfunction they may experience.

Great food it was tasty and fresh. Warm ambiance and even behind the mask everyone had a cheerful face. The manager was patient and kind enough to take my complicated orders! Was impressed! And did I mention store is clean unlike some places I go to! Kudos will be back again for sure!
