I just go grab the jalapeño bite and go ❤️ Updated: I’m a Lyft driver and I frequent this BK often... the customer service is super , they are very polite and quick I always get the jalapeño bite no matter what I buy and it never disappoints! It’s supple cheesey very crispy and always served hot! You may think o it’s just jalapeño bite ah ah! It’s the best one around Laurel savage jessup and Baltimore the other are very stingy with the cheese or the food is served cold.. love this place!

They’ll reheat a what taste like a 8hur old impossible whopper and try to pass it off as fresh… waste of money! Here we are one month after the first review and the food is still GARBAGE! Meat like RUBBER. ( Cold onion rings, Water down mocha iced coffee, and they just opened!!! It’s given, LEFTOVERS! It’s given, Reheated! It’s given bad quality! My last Try with them.

Updating my review: they forgot about our order in the drive through or gave it to someone else. The line was filled behind us and everyone else got their food first before us. Should've just went to McDonald's. My fiance and I came into the location on Saturday at noon during a lunch rush. We of course had to wait a bit for our food which I didn't mind, I know we were there at a busy time. It took us maybe 10 minutes to get our order taken. Normally I wouldn't mind this as well because we can see everyone working really hard to get orders fulfilled but the woman who appeared to be the manager on duty did not acknowledge us until she took our order the 10 minutes later. If she took the time to be like "just give us a few minutes, we're really backed up" or something along those lines I would have had a better experience. Seemed very unprofessional. My fiance joked that we should've just went through the drive through to get better service.

Cashier was nice. Fries were cold, but that was not the problem because they made me a fresh fries when I asked. The thing was that they were not using gloves to put my food in the bag and while serving fries. I would see some fries tough their hands which is a little gross especially with this COVID going on.

3 stars simply because foods good… but if there is more than one car in line please expect to be here for 30 minutes. If you’re in a rush do not come here, nothing is FAST about this place. It is actually ridiculous, I ordered my food at 1:10… I am still sitting here as I type this message it is 1:24. Only 3 cars were in front of me, that is pitiful.
