Dunkin'

I’m writing this review simply because I had a pleasant experience while picking up my mobile order in the drive thru. Stephanie smiled and greeted me with pleasure. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My iced cappuccino was delicious and my turkey sausage sandwich was piping hot with freshness. I always love great customer service. Especially being that I have worked in customer service roles before and because it is rare these days. Thank you!

I LOVE DD all over again because of Chiquita! She the first time I visited this location was about 3 months ago. I was taking a family member to chemo and decided to stop for coffee. Her attitude through the drive through was nothing short of AMAZING and just what I needed. I went inside the store about 3 weeks later and was served by her again. And again I was completely satisfied and received great service with a smile and a positive attitude. Now everytime I pass by that dd...I just buss out "Chiquita" and so does my family member. Lol.

This Dunkin donut location was fully automated. The wait time was long not because it was crowded but because the top priorities were drive-thru and app orders neither of which applied to me. I was a walk-in with a credit card order customer. None of those things affected my opinion of the service. This restaurant was easy to find and was easily seen by vehicles from Oakland Park Boulevard.
