Water Grill

I highly recommend. From the manager, bar tender, waiter and host every one of them they meant business by being accommodating, welcoming and simply nice group of people. I ordered: shrimp scampi w/JUMBO shrimps…delicious! Calamari perfectly done and the Caesars salad one of a kind. IGNORE THE BACHANNAL. It’s OVERRATED. It’s like a ZOO over there. TRY THE WATER GRILL AND SEE FOR URSELF FEEL THE DIFFERENCE!

This place was so good, we went back the next day for more food! The atmosphere is really nice but at the same time, you can show up in casual clothes and not feel like they're judging you. I preferred sitting more on the inside of the restaurant as opposed to the area facing the shopping area. We sat in the latter area for our first visit, which wasn't bad but with so many people passing by, it just didn't have that privacy to eat in peace. Again, not a terrible area to be seated but being able to dine in the inside of the restaurant the next evening was a much better feel. It's a bit dark though because of the dim, ambient lighting so it's great for a date. The servers were fantastic, personable, and knowledgeable. Great about making recommendations and helping us decide what to order. We had the oyster sampler, which was a dozen oysters: 6 from the Pacific and 6 from the east coast. Omg, i can't tell you how delicious those oysters were! We also got the salmon (incredible) and the halibut (excellent). Large portions and the bread with sea salt was very tasty. I had a glass of the rose and it was top notch. It's one of those places where you feel good paying a higher price because you're getting the quality you expect from both the food and the service.

This is a very good seafood restaurant. For. Us, it's claim to fame is its king crabs. Many are flown in fresh from the Barron sea. And it is delicious. Another great feature is the spiny lobster, which is rare to find in N America since most offer Boston clawed lobsters. Besides the king crab and spiny lobster, all the other seafoods are also very good and fresh.

Water grill always has great service and delicious food. I’ve been many times and they never disappoint. From the oysters to the sushi to the entrees, it’s all good. They allow you to hold a king crab too even if you don’t buy one for the table. We did though and it was scrumptious. Scary but thrilling experience holding such a huge crab lol. They always have tasty seasonal dishes that keeps things interesting.

Water grill is amazing every time. We went here for a birthday celebration. It started strange when we were sat and no service came to our table for 10 minutes. Once I found the manager they fixed the issue and we were off and running. I consider this a very rare anomaly and still had a wonderful overall experience. We started with the seafood platter and it was one of the best assortments I've had and honestly a good value for what you get. We like to get platters or towers all over town and this is top notch. Next time I go here, we might only get a bigger platter, it's so good. We also had the snow crab legs and the roast chicken. Both were perfect. Finally the brought a nice birthday surprise at the end. It was unique and fun. Really our night was glorious. Thank you Water Grill. We love your Restaurant.

Picked this Seafood restaurant based on the reviews. Located at Forum Shops inside Caesars Palace. Did not disappoint. Atmosphere is great, Food was great and Service was awesome Our server Willey was really good. Explained us the menu selection and gave us suggestions on drinks and food Had Fried Calamari as appetizer, which is very good. Lobster tail was awesome. Ciopinno was flavorful, Spicy Dragon Sushi was really good and the only Veg option of Veg Sushi was awesome. Overall it was an awesome experience. If you are in Las Vegas then you must visit this place.

My wife and I dined here during our visit to Vegas. Food was delicious, hosts were friendly but what put our visit over the top was our waitress Christian. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, every suggestion was spot on and delicious. She will be the reason we come back. The managers Greg and rich were friendly and welcoming as well. The only suggestion would be for the blonde female manager. Her demeanor walking around the restaurant was not a very welcoming one. She would not be someone I would feel comfortable approaching with anything...... Thank you again Christian!
