This place was hopping on a Saturday night! The service was quick and the ice cream sundae was very good. Nut toppings upon request.

This place is really slow. I came here just for 4 shakes and it took over 20 minutes. I notice that when you place your order within 3 minutes you get a message on the screen that shows that your server it's on his/her way with your order but after that is when the waiting starts. I think the employees input the order as on it's way to look good in the system but afterwards they take their sweet time in getting out your order out. The service is only slow in the Laredo locations, I live by the other sonic and is the same thing. Slownic should be the name of this place. So I will strongly advise you to stay away from this franchise unless you are out of town. This place needs new management. Very disappointed 1 star from a well established reviewer.

Alright. I've been here before. Had much better service than this time around. I've been waiting nearly an hour. So long that I've had enough time to wait the hour, ponder life, write this review, and still haven't received my order.
Lady says that she apologizes, they only have one car hop. I think that when you are unable to deliver proper service you should close early. That's what would happen in another business if your employees were a no-show.
They did bring us our drinks, so we're not thirsty, we're just hungry. Anyway, they get 2 stars instead of 1 because my boy got himself a milkshake and it is still not melted.

Don't bother wasting your time or money. It's always a waste of time. The service is slow, even more so, when you order ahead on the app. They don't bother even attempting to try and get your order out, the excuse I received from the manager on duty, we don't look at the online orders until you tell us you're here, and then it gets placed in line behind the other orders. To add insult to injury, so to speak, the order was incorrect and we had to wait additional time to get our correct order. Never again, will I patronize another Sonic, period.

The food is usually good, and I really enjoy it. They are more likely to mess up orders if it's a big order, so it might be better to order online if you need to feed a lot of people.
