Pizza Hut

Make sure the food especially pizza is made from fresh same day dough not from the night before without diluting the pizza sauce. Mcpherson pizza hut is the worst pizza hut ever. Pizza always taste way different than any other pizza huts. We have to order pizza hut from further locations just to get the real pizza hut experience.

Firstly, this review is not just specifically for this location, but for Pizza Hut in general. I cannot believe how much the quality of this restaurant has fallen. The prices are outrageous and the food isn't anywhere near as good as it has been in the past. And apparently the have farmed out their phone service to the middle east. The last 3 times I've attempted to call any Pizza Hut, I've been forwarded to a service center where English is not their first language. Today I just tried to find out what time the buffet closes, after being transferred twice I gave up. Shame on you Pizza Hut. This is an American institution, or was!

Not sure what happened. Although we are disappointed that flavor crust is no longer available we still enjoy a good pie from time to time. Today you had multiple people working, the store appeared slow and our pizza was horrible. We both had one slice, and threw the rest away. Ironically our dog, who thinks he is human would not even eat it. It was dry and thin. The cheese was minimal, and over cooked. It really tasted like it was old, or reheated to long.

Restaurant was in chaos. Management was rude and combative. Wait times for pre scheduled orders were ridiculous. One customer waited for an hour even though they had already paid, and order was completed: cashiers just lost track and forgot to tell customer their order was complete. Manager not listening and cancelled wrong order and argued over taking responsibility for canceling and having to redo order. Kitchen in disarray. Witnessed dropping of pans which were then used and not sanitized. Ranch was expired and sour.
