Bad uncooked burger..called and was told that they would only give or remake my hamburger only... I couldn't go back right then... But I went next day..the manager on duty gave me another burger and fries because I took those back in the bag and the receipt...but no drink.,..left store feeling unappreciated. That's why the rating...

Ugliest customer service super rude cashier in drive up. She got upset only because I told her to switch my shake for a sprite since the shake was all melted. Then my sprite was all flat I was even embarrassed to ask for another one. When I left I noticed she only given me one ketchup for my whole combo which was cold. This hasn't been the first time that they have provided bad service. If the employees dont like to provide good customer service this is not the job for you.

Super rude. I'm in the middle of ordering and the girl interrupts me my barking "Drink"?? I told her I was not finished ordering, so I proceeded to complete my order...then instead of asking will that be all - she just says "Drink" even more rudely. I backed out and left. Whataburger at this location needs to stop placing uncivilized people in drive through.

This WB hits the mark, I am hoping that they remain vigilant and continue serving 1/4 lb hamburgers and not reduce the meat serving like other locations. WB is a private equity firm now and money talks. Very concerned these days....
Recently ordered double jr's with cheese, marginal quality with little meat.😒
