Great service, the food is amazing and drinks too. The server was always attentive and bringing us refills. Gave us suggestions in some options in the food they have.

Everything was delicious!
The Peruvian chicken was excellent! (The beans need work) we have a beautiful time here for Mother's day and a Birthday. I wish I had a bigger stomach to try more of their menu.

Amazing restaurant. The ambiance is very nice. Great place to sit at the bar or come for a great dinner whether on date night or with coworkers. My waiter, Jose, was very attentive and helpful. He made great recommendations. I had the Nopalito salmon which was amazing!

Food is always Gourmet quality! A bit pricey but, you get what you pay for. Always eat here when I'm in Laredo. Services and management excellent as well!

Went to Capitaz with a skeptical mind set
seeing the menu cuz I don't eat rare vegetables called on the menu.
I ate the half chicken breast with a cup of beans n French fries n was very well satisfied. The waitress was very gracious
n knowledgeable of the menu. Restaurant was very crowded but expected being today
was Mother's Day. Had a great experience with my daughter n boyfriend n family enjoying family time. Happy to meet up with
David - Mgr of Restaurant, after so many
years past. Would gladly recommend
El Capataz to enjoy eating at this
Restaurant. My Hats Off!!

Food is always delicious no matter what you get, employees are very kind and pleasant. Service could be better but they are knowledgeable and it's still really good compared to most places, I give it an 8/10. They have a wide variety of beers and drinks which is really cool. Honestly have never been disappointed eating and drinking here, always a pleasure.

It was a bit crowded. Service was great. Fries were good. Ordered the 23 Oz prime rib... pretty sure I got the smaller size and it was not very flavorful.
